Kettle Valley Train

We went onto the Kettle Valley Steam Railway tour. The kids loved it. It took about an hour and a half.

Hunter was really excited to get on.














He couldn't keep his eyes off the train.


















This man played classic kids songs on his banjo and all the kids sang along.

Vienna is Rolling!

Vienna has been rolling for about 4 weeks. She is amazing how she can move around a room. Once she gets onto her belly she tries so hard to get moving forward. Once she figures out how to get her knees up underneath her she will be gone.

The Traditional Car Ride

The kids love taking rides in Grandpa's Corvette. Every warm weather visit Grandpa Howard takes each of the kids for Milkshakes and they get to ride in the passenger seat beside Grandpa.
They really look forward to doing this and I think it's a great tradition.

He used to buy them icecream cones but most times the sound of the engine and the wind in their hair puts them to sleep within minutes of leaving the drive thru. Then they would end up with a melted cone all over their lap.:) Now that he's changed to milkshakes, it's not so sticky.

Mini Golfing

We went mini golfing. The kids had a great time.
I can't believe that Isabella is now 5 years old. The years have flown by too fast.

The Calgary Zoo

On Monday Bella, Hunter, Vienna and I went to the Calgary Zoo with Grandpa Howard, Auntie Carrie, Kirsten and Brady. We had a lot of fun.

Kirsten, Brady, Hunter and Isabella had a blast on the little zoo train. It was only a 5 minute tour but they thought it was great.

The Grandparents Arrive!

Granda Harry, Granny June and Grandpa Howard arrive in Kelowna for a visit.

We had supper here the first night. The kids were so excited and had a great time.

Swimming

We have been having a ton of fun in the pool this summer. The kids love to be thrown up in the air. Daddy throws them and then they swim back to him.

Bella is quite the swimming and she is just starting to learn to dive.

Vienna loves to sit outside and watch the kids swim. Occasionally we will take her in, if the air is warm and she really likes it.
